The current version of the SnB program is SnB v2.3. It is available for Linux and Macintosh platforms. Legacy versions are also available for several UNIX platforms (SGI IRIX, Compaq Alpha, and Sun Solaris). SnB v2.3 can also be run in parallel in multiprocessing environments for faster throughput.
Information regarding specific system requirements for installation can be found in the README file contained within the distributed tar files.
SnB v2.3 is distributed free to academic and other nonprofit users. Commercial users must pay a license fee of $2000.
