Using Configuration
Files
Configuration files are used to store the information contained
in the fields of the GUI screens for use in future sessions. The
following buttons, which appear at the bottom of the screen, permit
usage of these files.
- Open: Fill the fields in the GUI
pages with a set of parameters previously stored in a configuration
file. This assumes that you have previously saved a set of parameters
in the current directory.
- Save: Save the current set of parameters in the current
configuration file. If you have not previously saved a file from
within your current SnB session, you will be prompted
for a file name.
- Save As: This button will prompt
the user for the name of a file (default: prefix.config) in which
to store the current set of parameters.
- Clear: Pressing this button will reset all fields to
their default values, just as if you had restarted the program
and had not yet loaded a configuration file.
